Loft 2C is a beautiful architectural re-interpretation of industrial loft space curated into warm, residential SoHo loft living, located in the 497 GW Condo, which is comprised of an 11-story folded glass extension to a renovated 6-story warehouse, pictured here. The loft features an open lay-out with a storage wall / shelving unit as divider between living and sleeping. Even the bathroom is seperated in wet and dry zones varying from more to less public all while being beautifully lit by indirect lighting. The open kitchen by Valcucine is created a set of large white and black slate blocks and overlooks the dining. Suspended cabinets are designed to leave the space open, but private.

Herbert Muschamp, famed architecture critic, wrote in the New York Times: "Dubbeldam's folds are philosophically as well as visually grounded....[She] crystallizes urban complexity within the discrete architectural object."

This full-service boutique building offers each loft a 24-hour doorman, a screening room, a double-story gym with infinity pool, sauna, and a wine cellar. A duplex guest apartment is available for use by the owner's guests and overlooks the common green garden.
