Festival City spans 180,000 m² as a mixed-use community built to serve local residents, developed as a key part of Stefano Boeri’s Tirana 2030 plan to build greener, more compact and climate-stable urban areas. Located in Laprakë, the project reimagines the urban block by bringing homes, retail outlets and shared community spaces together with large green courtyards to form a unified eco-friendly district.

Working within local land regulations, three slim towers stand along the airport road and gradually lower their height beside nearby residential areas, creating bright, open public spaces for everyone. Designed as a balanced living environment, Festival City pairs dense housing with wide outdoor green space, built areas with natural scenery, and eco-conscious design with daily community life.
